Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Titan Builders website and explain how our estimates, quotes, warranties, and work are handled.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of https://titanbuilders.us(the “Site”), operated by Titan Builders, a Florida-licensed general and roofing contractor (“Titan Builders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or requesting a quote, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and business purposes related to evaluating and engaging our services. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to violate any law. All content on the Site - including text, graphics, logos, and the Titan Builders name - is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

2. Estimates and quotes are non-binding

Any price, estimate, quote, or instant-estimator result we provide - whether through the Site, our online roof estimator, by phone, or in person - is preliminary and for informational purposes only. It is not a binding offer or contract. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change after a site inspection, measurement verification, permitting review, or changes in material and labor costs.

No work is authorized and no price is binding until both you and Titan Builders sign a written agreement or proposal that specifies the scope, materials, schedule, and price. That signed agreement - not the Site - governs your project.

3. Warranties

Warranty coverage for completed work is described in your signed project agreement and in any applicable manufacturer warranties (for example, roofing material and impact product manufacturer warranties). Workmanship warranties, where offered, are stated in that agreement. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their own terms, registration requirements, and limitations.

Except as expressly stated in a signed agreement or a written manufacturer warranty, the Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Licensing

Titan Builders is licensed in the State of Florida as a Certified General Contractor (license CGC1537612) and a Certified Roofing Contractor (license CCC1334624). We are licensed and insured for the municipalities we serve across Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties.

5. Third-party links and tools

The Site may link to or integrate third-party services, such as analytics, advertising, financing, and estimating tools. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. 6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Titan Builders and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on any estimate or content provided through it. Our total liability arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100.00).

This limitation does not affect rights or remedies under a signed project agreement, which sets out the liability terms for the actual work we perform. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Titan Builders harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
