Roofing Intelligence

Protection that starts at the top.

Your roof is the single most important barrier between your family and the elements. We engineer every system for decades of performance.

[1]

Hurricane-force resilience

Engineered to withstand 160+ mph winds. Every fastener, underlayment, and material is selected for maximum wind uplift resistance in South Florida's most demanding conditions.

[2]

40–70 year lifespan

Metal roofing systems last 2–3x longer than traditional shingles. Less maintenance, fewer replacements, and a roof that outlasts the mortgage.

[3]

Insurance-grade protection

A new code-compliant roof is the single biggest factor in your wind mitigation report. Homeowners typically save 15–45% on the wind portion of their premiums.

Roof Anatomy

Engineered layer by layer.

The material is what you see — but budget roofs cut corners on the seven layers underneath, and that's exactly where they fail. Here's what's inside a Titan roof system.

[01]Roof Deck

Roof Deck

Structural plywood or OSB sheathing, inspected for soundness and re-nailed to current uplift code before anything goes on top.

[02]Self-Adhered Underlayment

Self-Adhered Underlayment

Synthetic peel-and-stick membrane that bonds directly to the deck. A secondary water barrier — if the top layer ever fails, this is what saves the ceiling.

[03]Ice & Water Shield

Ice & Water Shield

Reinforced underlayment in valleys, eaves, and penetrations. The single most common point of leak — engineered out from the start.

[04]Drip Edge & Starter Strip

Drip Edge & Starter Strip

Aluminum edge metal and primed starter course at every roof edge. Sheds water away from the fascia and prevents lift at the most wind-exposed line.

[05]Roofing Material

Roofing Material

Metal panels, clay or concrete tile, or impact-rated shingles. Engineered to the specific wind zone of your address.

[06]Ridge Cap & Vents

Ridge Cap & Vents

Code-compliant ventilation and ridge closure. Improperly vented attics fail prematurely from heat — Florida summers reach 140°F in an unvented attic.

[07]High-Wind Fastening

High-Wind Fastening

Screws on a 6″ pattern where code requires it. Not the legacy 12″ nail spacing some crews still use because it’s faster.

Insurance Math

A new roof pays you back, every year.

In Florida, your roof is the single biggest variable on your wind insurance premium. Replacing an aging or non-compliant roof typically saves $1,500–$5,000 per year — for as long as you own the home.

Filed for you

We file your wind mitigation form (Form 1802) directly with your insurer on every roof replacement. You don't track down paperwork — we do.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

How much does a new roof cost in South Florida?
Roof replacement costs vary by material and size. Shingles typically run $8,000–$15,000, tile $15,000–$35,000, and metal $20,000–$50,000 for an average home. We provide free detailed quotes after an in-person inspection.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential replacements are completed in 3–7 days depending on the size, material, and weather. We handle all permitting and inspections with your local building department.
Will a new roof lower my insurance?
Almost certainly. A new code-compliant roof is the #1 factor in your wind mitigation report. Homeowners regularly save $1,500–$5,000+ per year on premiums after a roof replacement.
What roofing material is best for South Florida?
It depends on your priorities. Metal offers the longest lifespan (40-70 yrs) and best wind ratings. Tile provides classic Florida aesthetics with excellent durability (50+ yrs). Impact shingles deliver the best value per square foot. We'll help you choose based on your home, budget, and goals.
Does a metal roof attract lightning?
No. Metal roofing does not increase lightning strike probability. If struck, metal safely disperses the energy and is non-combustible — actually making it safer than many alternatives.
Is a metal roof noisy during rain?
Not with proper installation. Solid decking, underlayment, and insulation beneath the metal panels effectively dampen rain noise to levels comparable to other roofing materials.
Can you do partial roof repairs?
Yes — we do repairs, slope replacements, and full replacements. We'll tell you honestly whether a repair is worth it or whether you're putting money into a roof that's near end of life.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. We work directly with adjusters on storm-damage claims and provide all documentation. We don't take a percentage of your claim like the "public adjuster" model — our cost is the cost of the roof, transparent.
What's the warranty?
Manufacturer warranty on the material (typically 30 years on shingles, lifetime on metal), plus a separate Titan workmanship warranty on the install. Both transferable to subsequent homeowners.
