Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Titan Builders collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

Titan Builders (“Titan Builders,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a licensed South Florida general and roofing contractor serving Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. This Privacy Policy applies to https://titanbuilders.us and any forms, estimators, or pages hosted on that domain. By using our website or submitting a request through it, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways: information you give us, and information collected automatically.

Information you provide

When you request a quote, book a consultation, or contact us through a form, phone call, text, or email, you may provide:

  • Your name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Property or project address and ZIP code
  • Project details (scope, timing, photos, and notes you choose to share)

You decide what to share. The only fields we truly need to respond are your name and at least one way to reach you (phone or email).

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically receive standard technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, the pages you view, and timestamps. We use cookies and similar technologies to collect some of this information (see Section 4).

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Prepare and deliver estimates and respond to your inquiries
  • Schedule consultations, site visits, and installations
  • Communicate with you about your project, including by phone, text, and email
  • Process and service contracts and warranties
  • Improve our website, services, and customer experience
  • Measure the performance of our advertising and understand how visitors find us
  • Comply with legal, licensing, insurance, and permitting obligations

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in exchange for payment.

3. Third-party services and ad tools

We use a small number of trusted third-party tools to run our website, advertise our services, and prepare estimates. These providers process data under their own privacy policies:

  • Google Analytics - helps us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google may use cookies and device identifiers to do this.
  • Google Ads & conversion tracking- lets us measure which ads lead to quote requests and, in some cases, show relevant ads to people who have visited our site. You can manage Google’s ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com.
  • Roofr instant estimator - when you use our online roof estimator, address and measurement data are processed by Roofr to generate a preliminary estimate.

These tools may set their own cookies and receive technical information (such as your IP address and pages viewed) directly through your browser. We encourage you to review Google’s Privacy Policy and Roofr’s privacy policy for details on how they handle data.

4. Cookies and tracking technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. We and our analytics and advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure site traffic, and understand the effectiveness of our advertising.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and notify you before one is set. Note that disabling cookies may affect how some parts of the site function. To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

5. SMS and call communications

If you give us your phone number and opt in, you consent to be contacted at that number by Titan Builders by phone, voicemail, and text message about your inquiry and project, including appointment confirmations and project updates. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send special offers and promotions. That marketing consent is optional and is not required to request a quote or to receive our services.

Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help and STOP to opt out of text messages at any time; you can also ask us to stop calling during any call.

Your mobile opt-in information and SMS consent will never be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages (such as our messaging and CRM platform), and only so they can send messages on our behalf.

6. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business, including with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the site, communicate with you, schedule work, and process estimates (such as our hosting, analytics, advertising, and estimator partners)
  • Subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers when necessary to fulfill your project
  • Government agencies for permitting and inspections, when required for your project
  • Legal and professional advisors, or authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights

We require our providers to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we authorize.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason to do so. Quote and inquiry information that does not become a project is generally retained for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Information tied to a signed contract, warranty, permit, or financial record is kept for the longer of the warranty period or any period required by Florida law, tax/accounting rules, and our insurance obligations.

8. Your choices and rights

You can, at any time:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you
  • Request that we correct or update your information
  • Request that we delete your information, subject to records we must legally keep
  • Opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us
  • Opt out of text messages by replying STOP

9. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be posted on this page.
