The Titan story starts long before the name. In 1981, Donald W. Shackelford — a Florida Professional Engineer and the father of our founding principals — was building in South Florida the way things should be built. Not "to code" — beyondcode. Not "good enough" — actually correct.
Brandon and Shane grew up on his job sites and came up through the family business — drafting tables, project management, crews — installing windows, doors, and roofs across South Florida for decades under their father's standard. In 2024 they formed Titan Builders to put that lifetime of work under one name — licensed in both general contracting (CGC1537612) and roofing (CCC1334624), a combination that's uncommon in Florida and means a single company can handle both your impact-windows project and your roof.
