    Design documents reviewed for constructability. Code compliance issues flagged early — before they become RFIs in the field.

  3. 03CSI division

    Estimate & proposal

    Hard-cost breakdown by CSI division. Allowance items called out. Schedule with critical-path callouts.

  4. 04AIA standard

    Contract award

    AIA standard form or your preferred contract template. Insurance certs and bonding issued at signing.

  5. 05OAC meeting

    Pre-construction kickoff

    OAC meeting with architect and ownership. Schedule lock, submittal log, RFI process, change-order process all documented.
